Delivery Charges

- For an order costing up to £50.00 the charge for postage and packaging is £3.99

- For orders £50.00 and above delivery is FREE!

Shipping prices are for UK mainland deliveries.

 Some areas are subject to additional delivery charges, for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands including the following postcodes (AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV33-39, IV40-51, IV52-56, IV63 KW all, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-42, PH49-50 HS1-9, KA27-28, PA20, PA34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3). Also, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly and Channel Islands. If you would like a delivery to any of these areas, please contact us and we can arrange an individual quotation.

 Delivery Times

We use first class Royal Mail Post, and Parcelforce courier services, which all aim to provide next day deliveries. We will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, delays once the items are in the post are unfortunately beyond our control.

 

Returns Information

We want you to be happy with all your purchases with us. If you have any issues, we are keen to help, and we have a clear and simple returns and refund policy.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for any goods you receive from us that are faulty or damaged in any way. This refund will include any initial postal charges paid. Please get in touch with us using our contact us page for details of how to return your item.

If you change your mind about an item you have bought, we are happy to offer you a refund of the purchase price, or an exchange as you prefer. Again, get in touch with us using our contact us page and we will let you know the best way for you to return your item. However, in this instance we are unable to refund any postage charges. We expect your item to be in suitable condition for re-sale.

All returns must be within 30 days of date of purchase, unless purchased between October and December in which case you can return your items up until the 21st January. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method which includes proof of postage. We recommend items are returned in their original packaging, or a suitably robust equivalent.
